What is OEM toner?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) toner is made by the same company that produces your printer. It’s the brand-name cartridge that comes at a premium price.
What is compatible toner?
Compatible toner uses remanufactured original cartridges. Our brand, Premium toner, is disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with new components to ISO quality standards (ISO 19001, ISO 19752/19798).
How much can I save?
Switching to Premium toner could save you up to 50% of your current printing costs. That’s because toner accounts for 80% of total printing costs.
Will it work with my printer?
Yes. We supply Premium toner for all major brands including Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, HP, Lexmark, Samsung, and Xerox.
Will it void my printer warranty?
No. It's a common myth. Warranty laws prevent manufacturers from forcing you to use OEM toner. You have the legal right to choose compatible toner without penalty.
Is the print quality as good?
For general documents, yes. Premium toner matches OEM quality for text and basic graphics. For high-end image printing, OEM may provide slightly better results—but many clients consider this a fair trade-off for the cost savings.
Does OEM toner last longer?
No. Premium toner is benchmarked to OEM specs and delivers the same page yield.
Can it damage my printer?
No. All Premium cartridges come with a 2-year warranty. If one ever causes damage, we will repair or replace your printer within 72 hours.
What about the environment?
Premium toner is the greener choice. It reuses plastic and metals, saves energy, and cuts CO2 emissions by 25%. Plus, all waste is processed through a ZERO WASTE recycling programme.
