Our Managed Print Service proves a winner for two NHS Trusts working in partnership
We secured a new five-year MPS contract with Barnet Enfield & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust and Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust—delivering major sustainability, cost, security, and support benefits.

About the partnership
The two Trusts, operating together as the North London Mental Health Partnership, awarded BSG the contract after our strong service record — including hybrid mail and furniture support for Barnet Enfield & Haringey.
Supporting sustainability goals
Our MPS reduces environmental impact by refurbishing devices, optimising supply chains, and extending device lifespans. We project over £210,000 in energy savings over five years.
Reducing costs and overheads
Our “pay-as-you-go” rental model cuts print costs and overheads. We’ve audited £140,000 in direct savings and £350,000 in energy efficiency across the contract. We also supply pre-loved machines, flexible plans, free replacements, relocation support, and hot-swaps for broken units.
Increasing security
Security is vital for the NHS. We implemented mobile printing to prevent abandoned print jobs, and use managed-print software to deploy proactive firmware updates and vulnerability patches.
